Detection & Safety

Will I get banned for using Visual?

visualaim operates at the screen level — it reads your display and moves your mouse like a human would. It does not inject into game processes or touch game memory. However, we make no guarantees regarding compliance with any game's Terms of Service. Using this software in online games is at your own risk.

Does it work on games with VAC, EAC, or BattlEye?

Technically, visualaim does not touch game files or memory — it operates entirely outside the game process, similar to how a second monitor or accessibility tool would. That said, we do not endorse or encourage use in online multiplayer games. Whether you use it in games is your choice and your responsibility.

Is it stream-safe? Will it show up on screen captures or recordings?

Yes. The overlay is rendered in a way that does not appear in OBS, screen captures, or recordings. The visualaim interface will not be visible in your stream or video.

Setup & Compatibility

What are the system requirements?

visualaim requires Windows 10 or Windows 11. It supports all major GPU brands — Nvidia, AMD, and Intel. Any modern Intel or AMD CPU will work. There is no specific minimum GPU requirement as it supports all GPUs via DirectML.

What games does visualaim support?

visualaim works with a wide range of titles. Performance depends on the AI model in use — the default model works well for many scenarios, but a scene-specific model may give better results for targets with very different visualaim appearances. Custom models are supported.

Does it support controller input?

Yes. visualaim can detect and respond to controller inputs. Note that visualaim runs on Windows only — it does not run natively on console hardware like PS5 or Xbox.

Does it work with GeForce NOW?

Yes. visualaim is compatible with GeForce NOW. Since it operates at the screen level on your local machine rather than inside the game, it works regardless of where the game is being rendered or streamed from.

Do I need any extra hardware like a KMBox or Arduino?

No. visualaim requires no additional hardware whatsoever. No KMBox, Arduino, or any other external device is needed — it runs entirely on your existing PC using your standard mouse and keyboard.

My antivirus is flagging the software. Is it safe?

This is a false positive. visualaim gets flagged because it shares behavioral patterns with software that antivirus tools are trained to detect — this is common with game enhancement tools. visualaim does not contain any malicious code. You will need to add an exception in your antivirus before running.

Billing & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, card, Bitcoin, Google Pay, and PaySafe. PayPal and card payments are grouped under the same checkout flow.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available on PayPal payments within 72 hours of purchase if the software does not work on your system. Payments made through other methods are non-refundable. Please verify you are running Windows 10 or 11 before purchasing, as this is a hard requirement.

What does "Lifetime" mean — is it truly lifetime?

Yes. A Lifetime license gives you permanent access to visualaim and all future updates at no extra cost. You pay once and never again.

Features & Usage

What is the difference between Aim Assist and Auto-Fire?

Aim Assist moves your crosshair toward a detected target. Auto-Fire triggers a click when your crosshair is already on target. Both can be used together or independently depending on your preference.

How human does the aim movement look?

visualaim includes humanization settings that add natural-looking movement curves, reaction delay, and dynamic speed adjustments. These are fully configurable so you can dial in how subtle or aggressive the aim assist feels.

Can I customize the settings?

Yes. visualaim has a full web-based menu where you can adjust aim assist speed, FOV, smoothing, auto-fire delay, keybinds, custom crosshair, detection sensitivity, and more. Settings are saved per slot so you can have different configs for different scenarios.

Responsible Use: visualaim is a general-purpose AI input tool. Use in online games may violate their Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from such use.
