1. The software

VisualAim AI is a Windows-only real-time computer vision detection tool. It captures your screen locally, runs inference via a YOLOv8/ONNX model on your hardware, and can trigger configurable input responses. No data leaves your machine during normal operation.

The software is sold and licensed by VisualAim ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the software and this website.

2. License

Upon purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your own Windows machine for personal use.

• You may install the software on one machine at a time per license key.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute your license key or the software.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
• A 7-day or 1-month license expires at the end of its period. A Lifetime license grants permanent access including future updates at no additional cost.

3. Acceptable Use

VisualAim is a general-purpose computer vision and input automation tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of service of any third-party application, game, or platform you run alongside it.

• Do not use the software in any context where automated input is explicitly prohibited and where doing so would violate applicable law.
• Do not use the software to harm, harass, or gain unfair advantages over other users in ways that violate platform rules.
• We are not responsible for any bans, penalties, or consequences you receive from third-party services as a result of your use.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund if the software cannot run on your Windows 10 or Windows 11 system. To request a refund, contact us at support@visualaim.xyz within 14 days of purchase with proof that the issue is technical and not resolved by standard troubleshooting steps.

• Refunds are not available after successful activation and use of the software.
• Refunds are not available for incompatibility with operating systems other than Windows 10/11 — this requirement is stated clearly before purchase.
• Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and may take several business days to appear.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com). We do not store your payment card details. Prices are listed in EUR. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's payment terms in addition to these Terms.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system configuration, game, or application.

Detection accuracy, input response timing, and overlay performance vary based on your hardware, driver state, and the models used.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to account bans, data loss, hardware issues, or loss of earnings.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. On termination your license key will be revoked and you must cease using the software. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be posted on this website.
